Live Video Chat/Request

Myrtle Beach Discus is now offering Live Video Chats so you can see available discus in real time and personally select the fish you want!

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE PURCHASING.

Requirements

1. Minimum Fish Size & Purchase

• Discus selected during the video chat must be 4 inches or larger.
• A minimum fish purchase of $125 is required.
• The $125 minimum applies to fish only. Food, medicines, shipping, and other products do not count toward the $125 minimum.
• You are welcome to add foods, medicines, and other products to your order.

2. $50 Non-Refundable Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for each Live Video Chat appointment.

The $50 deposit will be applied toward the cost of the fish you purchase during your video chat. It is not an additional $50 charge when you complete your qualifying fish purchase.

If you do not purchase the required minimum amount of fish, cancel, or do not attend your scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit will NOT be refunded.

3. Scheduling Your Video Chat

After checkout, Myrtle Beach Discus will contact you to schedule your appointment.

We can typically schedule your video chat within 1–2 business days, depending on our current appointment and order volume.

Video chats are available through:

• FaceTime
• WhatsApp

Please make sure you have access to your chosen platform before your scheduled appointment.

4. Approximately 20 Minutes

Each Live Video Chat appointment is approximately 20 minutes.

Please be ready at your scheduled time so you have the full appointment available to view and select your fish.

5. Selecting Your Fish

During your appointment, we will show you available qualifying discus so you can select the individual fish you would like to purchase.

Once your selections are finalized, we will separate your fish into one of our holding tanks and begin preparing your order for shipping.

⏰ Late / No-Show Policy

 

We will wait up to 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to reach you within 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW.

No-shows will forfeit the $50 non-refundable deposit. A new $50 deposit will be required to schedule another Live Video Chat.
